Mindfulness for Happiness: Present-Moment Awareness
Happiness is often treated like a destination—something to chase, achieve, or unlock after everything else falls into place. Yet, for many, that feeling remains just out of reach, hidden beneath busy schedules and constant distractions. Mindfulness offers a different perspective, one that gently shifts attention away from chasing and toward noticing. It invites individuals to experience life as it unfolds, rather than waiting for a perfect moment to arrive. In doing so, it reveals that joy is often already present, waiting to be recognized.
